Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

As usual the Plan does not take into account the "real" and actual effects it will have within the local community. There is no adequate provision for the correct infrastructure to accommodate such a high level of house building which will undoubtedly cause problems for the current Residents. The traffic is already at unacceptable levels since the most recent house building has taken place and this will only get worse.

Modification if applicable

You cannot build 4,100 new homes around the existing road infrastructure. Building all these homes will add circa 8,200 vehicles to the local area with many more thousand traffic movements per day on existing roads which are already unfit for the traffic volumes we are currently experiencing. The plan it totally unacceptable and should not proceed.
