Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

There are two points of concern:
1- The land facing Cuerdley Village currently has an agricultural use. Under the plan (please see attachment) those fields are marked white and therefore undesignated. I believe that if it were incorporated into the employment land, it would be a detriment to the local community and dissolve the 'illusion of greenbelt'.
2- Since the tolling of the Mersey Gateway, there has been a marked increase in traffic through the village of Cuerdley. Though I appreciate the benefits the plan brings to the town, I am concerned about the impact it will have on air quality for the Residents and the safety of cyclists and pedestrians using Widnes Road.

Modification if applicable

With regards to point 1, make clearer the use of undesignated land. I hope this small corner of the site remains undisturbed or better yet, given greenbelt protection.
With regards to point 2, I'd like to see measures for air quality and road safety on Widnes Road to be incorporated in some way.
