Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The proposed development will destroy green belt land in our area for ever. The number of dwellings and associated vehicles is unsustainable. There is little consideration of air quality problems.
Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate
Without the necessary expertise to judge otherwise,I have assumed that the plan is legally compliant and complies with the duty to co-operate. I also think this question is unnecessary and is included to make the complaint process more difficult and onerous.
Modification if applicable
Do not build houses on the greenbelt. This will make the plan sound for the reasons given in question 4.
