Greenbelt land must be a last resort for development, Warrington has ample Brownfield sites that require re development.

Modification if applicable

Re generate existing Brownfield sites.

Greenbelt land should be a last resort when all over avenues have been exhausted. There are ample Brownfield sites across the Warrington borough that require re generation.
Lymm is already over populated, with small narrow roads, it does not need additional pollution from the additional traffic (on top of the M6).
Lymm has few doctors/schools and not enough to cope with any further demand.
Consider the environmental impact not just from when building will be completed due to loss of Greenbelt land, wildlife etc what about the impact from the development process - manufacturing the bricks, plastics etc for example to build the houses will add to global CO2 when we are suppose to be reducing our carbon footprint.

Modification if applicable

1. Re generate existing Brownfield sites and reuse materials where possible to cut down on manufacturing/transportation of materials which all adds to global CO2.
