The plan is not sound given the lack of infrastructure, the proposed ground for building on is exceedingly wet, would block light from existing properties. Any access would not have clear and sensible access onto an already thin road. The roads in that area are already overcrowded and cannot be widened. Adding 400 houses is just unfeasible.
