Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan is unsound there is no justification for predicted growth, no justification at all for Green belt release- what?s the definition of Green Belt?! No need for harm to our local ecology. No requirement what?s ever to destroy the local landscape and character of historical
Villages. No support at all historically, financially for Lymm. No infrastructure support. No school support.. so you simply can?t justify ruining the character of the village and it?s green belt to built even more houses when there are perfectly adequate opportunities to convert derelict houses, buildings and neglected sites elsewhere . Poor transport structure cannot cope with increased volumes of traffic now!

Modification if applicable

Use neglected sites around the town for refurbishment it renovation for housing. Use neglected sites for new employment offices and buildings. There are plenty of eyesaws. Modernise Warrington bank quay station.
