Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
Has this local council not heard of "Cop26", I am certain there is a conference to discuss "OUR" environment with a view of saving "OUR" planet, why build on greenbelt land, is there not sufficient brown field sites to consider "FIRST" ?
