Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I have no no idea as to its legality but feel the plan is unsound. I can only speak for Lymm and note I have been made to select one area of Lymm only but my comments apply to the whole

Modification if applicable

Lymm is a wet area and parts are already on the flood plain. Areas have been flooded recently as part of the plan to protect housing in Warrington Flooding becoming more common as the climate changes and any attempt to develop the areas around Pool Lane is extremely foolish and short sighted. This must not be allowed. Development elsewhere in Lymm does not address the poor infrastructure particularly the total unsuitability of Rushgreen road for the heavy traffic that uses it; the lack of parking for a village centre which is a tourist destination; the lack of housing for local children as prices here get ever higher and as a side issue the poor public transport.
