The area is a greenbelt with only one access road which is already too busy and really cannot hold more Resident traffic if new homes are built as proprosed. The road and access is not suitable fro heavy traffic due to the tight turns and this already caused a road traffic accident recently and I have been in near misses with trucks travelling this route. With the proposal of building on the Parkside (which I am also against due to its location in the Green belt), this is going to be unsustainable and dangerous.
