Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I feel asking questions about legalities and compliance quite divisive. This shouldn't be about what is legal and compliant against existing laws, this is about the future and as such, should strive to go beyond meeting today's laws and should be be predicting future need.
Today is the first day of COP26 and it seems timely that we should be reminding ourselves that any further deterioration or green land should not be legal. A reduction to 5% is still 5% and a plan that doesn't lead with regeneration and protection. This should be against the law and not compliant.
