Document appears to be well put together and compliant
Generally the plan is still focused on Warrington being a town reliant on roads and vehicular transport throughout. Whilst cycling and active travel is mentioned there is not radical change to shift the town away from reliance on the road network which is already close to capacity. The previous travel plan was woefully inadequate in trying to shift the town to sustainable travel.
There is no plan for LTNS in Warrington especially around all schools in the area. No plans for taking back the streets in the town and pedestrianization.
In section 8.3.8 refer to Transpennine Trail - from latchford to Altrincham the trail is not fit for purpose in the winter especially. Maintenance and upgrades are required. The Transpennine shoudl be turned into a cycling super highway to connect Liverpool warrington and manchester.
