Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

It will be just about compliant but my issue is that the town of Warrington and our local area is not being seen as part of a properly conceived strategic plan

Modification if applicable

Penketh is on the Mersey flood plain. More building could / would seriously jeopardise the existing developed areas.

Over the years solutions have been acted upon for areas prone to flooding only for them to flood again and to cause so many problems

In the grand scheme of things no provision had been made for satellite or out reach medical facilities to support the Warrington communities. The hospital is NOT FIT for purpose. Warrington Residents deserve better.

A school does not need to be placed on the Fiddlers Ferry site - already existing schools in the Penketh area are under subscribed
