Green belt should be protected and enhanced to promote biodiversity and to act as a carbon sink. Not used for the development of estates with football pitches! (As mentioned for the Fiddlers Ferry Development). Use less land for industry/ business and preserve the green belt.

Modification if applicable

Preserve the green belt at all costs. Enhance with native trees.

How can so many houses be built with an exit point on one main road? No mention of a high school only primary. Too many houses. Please be reasonable and limit to 800.

Modification if applicable

Reduce number of houses to be built on this site. Enhance green belt. Lose football pitch. Reduce land set aside for industry

Will the planning documents for ALL proposed developments make it compulsory for new builds to be sustainable. Will they have the new boilers proposed by the government when gas boilers are phased out. Solar panels? Essential to be considered.

Modification if applicable

Make all developments sustainable and future proof them for new technologies
