Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

In 1996 my husband and I were part of a group of 200 Residents who formed an action group to save Thelwall Heyes. . it was a long battle but eventually in 2006 we were successful in obtaining green belt status for Thelwall Heyes. Now you say it has to go because there are not enough brown field sites. This is rubbish. There has been a massive housing development across the locks and building is still going on. In addition there are three massive blocks of flats on Station Road and a massive brown field site at Fiddlers Ferry, not to mention the vast area by the side of the Mersey at Latchford which has been built on recently, another massive development.
