Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The plan does not make sufficient use of brownfield sites and uses up green belt land instead.
The only new roads proposed just open up land for development and there are no plans for managing the impact of the new housing on existing roads.
Villages will be surrounded by new development threatening their character.
Putting more logistics such as the Six56 next to a congested motorway and junction would be foolish.
Modification if applicable
Please cancel the plan as a whole and concentrate on brownfield development.
