Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The plan takes no account of the dire local infrastructure of roads and bridges. These will be further overloaded and travel will become a worse nightmare than now. The plan needlessly destroys Green Belt and takes little account of brownfield sites.
Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate
Not enough known about these legal aspects to judge.
Modification if applicable
Reduce destruction of the Green Belt. Take account of brownfield sites. Improve road and bridge infrastructure before any additional stress is put on them.
