Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The Lymm development should not be allowed to proceed if a Health Centre is not Approved and committed to at the same time as the 136 homes. The previous development in Chaise Meadow/Rushgreen Road came with a promise to build a Health Centre but it was never built, but the house building went ahead. Therefore building a new Health Centre must become a clear Condition, not just a promise.
