Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
It is ridiculous that Warrington Borough Council are allowing a plan for thousands of homes in South Warrington without stating what they will be changing re new roads, new schools and new shops. There seems to be no infrastructure taken into account.. Please please do not go ahead with this idea of all these houses.

Discuss with local people the infrastructure of new roads, new schools and new shops to cope with all these thousands of new homes.
