I believe the plan does not tackle the redevelopment of brown field sites first in preference to building on green fields. Plus a further high level crossing needs to be provided to relieve traffic and polution pressures on Stockton Heath centre. Infrastructure development should come before extensive developments to avoid exacerbating polution issues further.
