The plan is not sound as the section on the SEWUE does not justified, delierable or meet the area needs.
It does not properly consider the development of supporting infrastructure in the south of the area, in particular canal crossings, medical facilities, schools and other ameneties.
The location of houses in the south of the area does not link with the sustainable transport objectives as it will merely add more cars, and commuters to jobs in Manchester etc on the motorways.
It will not provide jobs within Warrington.
