Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Green Belt Status means that land should not be developed on and the plan intends develop much of South Warrington's Green Belt. Lack of infrastructure and ambiguity around infrastructure development leaves local Residents very worried about how there homes maybe affected by development of infrastructure. Although there has been some communication between the council and local people and parishes the council has not listened in any way to the public and have gone ahead in plans to destroy green belt and villages in South Warrington.

Modification if applicable

No development on Green Belt land. Reduce development size dramatically.
Focus on development of the Fiddlers Ferry site and areas around the town center as this will have less impact on the environment and will also help to make our town center a more desirable place to live, work and for leisure. Consider more carefully weather Warrington and Halton hospital can cope with developing the town and increasing population.
