Green Belt land must not be released whilst there are many brownfield sites, derelict/long uninhabited buildings and disused industrial sites to be redeveloped.
the proposal for the six56 employment are next to the Lymm motorway junction would involve 137 hectares of Green Belt land, which is totally unacceptable and with no guarantee of being beneficial for local employment.
Building so many new houses will have a devastating impact on our road systems, and amenities such as schools, hospitals, doctors' and dental surgeries. Historic villages will be in danger of losing their unique identity, if surrounded by so much new development. The huge increase in traffic would cause an unacceptable amount of congestion, poorer air quality and pollution.
