Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
I do not believe that the plan is sound.I believe that the local area cannot cope with the increased housing from an infrastructure perspective given the the Infrastructure plans are vague. How can junction 10 cope withte increased traffic not to mention the car [parking in Stockton heath.
I further think that the council needs to look much deeper into the Brown belt opportunity in our Centre which is deprived and which needs much more attention than destroying our precious Green belt.
Modification if applicable
There is no consideration of the Brown field alternative to new housing.
