There has been no consideration given to the local infrastructure.
There is brown field locations in Warrington with perfectly good infrastructure that are already available today.
Doctors surgeries are already five times over subscribed in South Warrington adding more housing will only make this worse with vague plans to add any more surgeries.
It is totally ridicules to build on the green conservation areas when there is more than reasonable brown field locations.
Air quality will be worse in the area
Schools will become over subscribed
Modification if applicable
use existing brown field sites that have better infrastructure already in place.
