I consider that the local plan in the Grappenhall/Stretton area to be unrealistic as too much green belt is to be sacrificed for housing purposes. Additionally, the road network is becoming grossly overstretched even without the additional housing proposals. I strongly feel that 'brown' areas in the borough should be developed for housing rather than ruin the current greenbelt.
