Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan involves building on greenbelt. This is bad for the environment, making the climate emergency worse. It reduces farmland needed for local food production, further harming the environment and it is bad for UK farming. The COVID lockdown also showed the value of green spaces for mental health.
More houses and other buildings will add more cars and lorries to our already congested roads. This will add more pollution, further damaging the environment. Extra houses will also pile more pressure on local schools and our already overloaded GPs, at a time when access to GPs is a national problem.
Any building that has to be done must be on brownfield sites.
Please don't put big business profits and the easy option of taking greenfield sites ahead of the environment, farmland, people's lives and mental health.

Modification if applicable

Don't build so many new homes in Warrington.
Don't build on any more Greenfield sites. Only use brownfield sites. Preferably convert existing unused building to new use (like flats). City centres are changing. Rather than have closed up shops, we could have nice new flats in the town centre, as well as on the Fiddler's ferry site.
