Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan is unsound. There is brown land which must be used for before any Green Belt land is lost for present and future generations. There are also areas crying out for regeneration in the town. Development needs to be where near work and mass transport links are situated. Major infrastructure questions are left unanswered (roading improvements to cater with increased traffic over the few canal crossings which are already bottlenecks- plans and funding need to be discussed with National/Regional agencies and finalised before any further development can be planned in South Warrington). There needs to be substantial liason with neighbouring local authorities

I am not in a position to comment on 'legally compliant or duty to co-operate' and as I can not put 'Yes' have accordingly put 'no' above.
