Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
I object to the development of one of the last green open spaces in Warrington, namely Peel Hall Park. I believe the development of this area will deprive my children of our local wooded area which we visit frequently. Also, I believe the impact to traffic and thus air quality and journey times in the area will be unacceptable
Modification if applicable
Remove the plan to develop Peel Hall Park, protect our remaining green open spaces and re-focus these developments onto Brownfield sites
