Doctors/hospital
Public transport
Leisure facilities
Road network.
Access across Ship Canal

Modification if applicable

Significant reduction in the number of proposed houses. Reduced number should make provision for single owner affordable housing. Commitment to provide doctors ( not highlight a space on a plan ).
Better public transport.
Review of CURRENT travel times of emergency services during peak hours from north to south Warrington and then extrapolate to model the increase in demand the new proposals would give.
Funding to leisure facilities to match those in north Warrington.
