Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Plan does not address Regeneration of Brownfield sites, particularly in Town Centre.
Plan does not support Climate Change initiatives and Actions from Glasgow COP26 world conference.
Wildlife is already disappearing in Warrington since I was born here. This plan will further destroy it.
The existing villages of South Warrington cannot support the current expansion. This will further compound the problem. It is virtually impossible to book a Doctors appointment in Stockton Heath!!
Traffic congestion, especially on/off the M6/M56 motorways is causing congestion and pollution.
No consideration given to impact on infrastructure, services, schools or roads.

The scale of the Plan must be dramatically reduced.
Town Centre re-generation must be included.
Destruction of Green Belt land must be minimised.
