The proposed development is on greenbelt, it is too close to grade 2 listed building and with the close proximity to the Motorway raises concerns of pollution and noise issues.

I am assuming that as the plan has been undertaken by the Council they would ensure these areas are correct from a legal perspective.

Clearly the development needs to be reviewed as the locality doesnt have either the transport or social infrastructure to support it.
