In south Warrington there is an overuse of green belt land. No provision is suggested for improved road network in an area which is already overloaded and where there is already constant traffic congestion.
Stockton Heath can not cope with the current volume of traffic and no provision is suggested for further extension of crossings of two canals.
Modification if applicable
a more sound modification would be to consider using brownfield sites already available in Warrington
thus reducing the number of proposed houses in the south.
