Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

As with other housing developments in south Warrington, little thought has been given to the proposed increase in traffic levels with no new roads being built to date. Look at Lumb Brook, Stockton Heath where many new houses have been built in Appleton and Stretton with no new arterial roads being built creating traffic chaos not only at rush hour but during the day as well. Has any traffic analysis been done on these areas and if so, what are the findings?

Modification if applicable

A thorough review of transport system in Warrington should be reviewed before any new developments are proposed. The logical conclusion of this plan is to join Warrington from west to east with Liverpool and Manchester, to the north as far as Haydock and beyond and to the south, as far as the M56.
