The number of new houses is unsustainable, lumb brook traffic is appalling at peak times as it is, adding 800 houses per year is ridiculous, given that this is the only canal crossing.
The schools are full to bursting, calling Stockton heath surgery takes well over an hour to speak to anyone, and the plan doesn't guarantee medical or educational infrastructure.
The current and projected demand for houses does not justify the enormous size of this development.

Massive reduction to the numbers of houses built, unless roads and other infrastructure can be absolutely guaranteed by the developer.
Further reduction on green belt land taken away
