Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
No as I still believe that the plan is unbalanced in terms of developing on too much green belt around Warrington which will fundamentally change the town. Also, the infrastructure - either now or as proposed dies not adequately support the development. This is linked to the unique characteristics of Warrington - river, canals and motorways which cause numerous complicated transport related issues which have not been taken into account within this plan.
Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate
I didn't want to say yes but feel that only option I have. I clearly hope that WBC have legally complied with the process of producing a local plan. If they haven't all officials and Local Borough, Town or Local Borough, Town or Parish Councillors should be sacked !!
