Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Legally Complaint. The green belt is protected and should remain as such. Where I feel legality has been breached is the over exaggeration of homes needed in the town therefore finding a loop hole to destroy the green belt.
I don't consider the plan to be sound. Refer to my comment above.
The only Duty to Co-operate is within the council and developers. WBC do not co-operate with the local populace and can and will do what WBC wants.

Modification if applicable

Remove any and all green belt development across the town. The need to build n greenbelt is completely unnecessary and the excuse to given is flawed. You are clearly going against the wishes of the populace for your own financial gain. Absolutely zero infrastructure is being built to support these developments. Just the promise of "we're looking at it" or "we might put something in." Not good enough. Your Garden superb in the South of Warrington will simply not work due to infrastructure alone. if accessing from the North, they will have to go under lumb brook bridge. Have you seen this during the day now? and you want to add thousands of cars to that area.
I however expect mine and many others Residents views to be ignored as per WBC policy.
