Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I don't consider the plan to be sound because;
There is no justification for the predicted growth and no need for the volume of housing/building
There is no justification for the green belt release
There is no need for the harm to air quality and ecology
There is no explanation of how the infrastructure/transport system of South Warrington will cope
There is no clarity on means of delivery

Modification if applicable

I think that the amount of housing that is actually needed would be better built on brown field sites. Particularly with the current issues with climate change building on green belt areas, which can never then be recovered, and increasing traffic where there are already problems and not enough crossings of the ship canal seems a very bad idea.
