Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I don't believe that the impact of increased traffic on the A49 has been fully considered. Specifically the impact of increased sound and decreased air quality. This will have a significant impact on the Residents already living along this road. As the proposed housing is far away from the centre and there's no proposed industries in this area meaning people will have to travel for work and thereby increasing the issue.
With the reduced green belt space in this area this will further impact on this. Is there any proposals to balance the loss of ecodiversity and air quality?

Modification if applicable

I think that the plan needs to be completely reassessed. Is there a need for the houses here? How will the increased traffic be dealt with? Is there a way to limit the loss of green belt land and maintain the ecodiversity.
