Justification : there is no justification to use green belt land extensively and continuously in this area. I see no consideration of alternative brown belt options and find this constant battle of attempts to destroy our local land totally disrespectful
Deliverable : whilst a developer might consider it deliverable, profits often drive this success. Is it deliverable from the point of view of delivering what local people want ? No!
Meets the needs of the area : no, simply no. The roads are ridiculously busy throughout Appleton and surrounding areas. How can we consider making this worse?? The infrastructure simply can cope. It?s impossible to get an appointment at the doctors and the schools are bursting at the seams. This is all in addition to the more fundamental point that these plans will destroy our beautiful countryside and as Residents we must have a say on this
