Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Don?t believe it is legally compliant as government guidance is to use brown belt land in the first instance.
Government is proposing to scrap uk building targets as it has been over estimated and deemed against environmental policy.
Environment policy to reduce carbon footprint, lower emissions is not being adhered to, more houses= more people, more cars, more pollution. Warrington is listed as having high pollutions levels currently.
Quality of life with local Residents will be affected due to highly congested roads, over populated area, little recreation space will be left.

Modification if applicable

Make the Use of brown belt land a priority.
Protect greenbelt land
Comply with environmental policies,
Promote Warrington to be a highly desirable industrial TOWN, instead of a town of warehouses and fork lift truck drivers.
