Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
Over use of Appleton green belt, and under use of brown field areas in Warrington which need urgent development.
No provision for services and infra-structure in the areas proposed.
Current car parking problems, and through traffic volumes, in Stockton Heath area will be exacerbated.
Excess traffic will dramatically increase air pollution and damage the beauty of the area.
Modification if applicable
Scrap the plan , or revise to include brown field area's.
