Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

We have already lost a considerable amount of green fields over the last few years, and have a large number of new homes built on existing brownfield sites, such as the former Lymm Hotel.
The plan does not take enough consideration of the lack of major infrastructure that needs to be in place before these developments can be built. As a Resident in Statham I am already struggling with the traffic on the roads, into Lymm and the opposite direction to Warrington. Public transport is irregular. I struggle to get appointments at the local GP. I have to go outside of Lymm for dentist. The Pharmacies in the village are already overstretched. The infrastructure has to be put in place first before any more building

Modification if applicable

Ensure the infrastructure including roads, health care, leisure facilities, schools (primary and secondary), and sewage are upgraded to support the new developments before any new homes are built...
