Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

There appears to be little or no concern as to the volume of traffic this proposed development will cause.2400 new houses means approximately a further 4800 cars with it's associated traffic problems. the local area is already grid locked at the best of times. Also this volume of family homes will also mean on average another 4800 more children, where are they going to be educated, where are they going to play and where are they going to socialise. With it's current population Warrington is already overcrowded, one of the thing I like about Warrington is that it had a beginning and an end it no longer does.

Modification if applicable

This plan should be put to a vote by the people it effects, that is proper democracy. Not by edict from a remote central or local government who really don't give a dam for the concerns of local people which developments such as this affect directly.
