Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan is not sound - the amount of development in addition to housing already being built is not sustainable in the confined area surrounded by motorways, canals and limited vehicle access.

I don't believe the plan takes local Residents' views into consideration at all ie. to retain the green belt for wildlife and the mental health of Residents.

Modification if applicable

To be a sound plan, the amount of development must be reliant on the infrastructure to service it - this plan is not. A massive reduction in development is necessary to allow existing Residents to continue to enjoy the quality of life they have now.
Local Residents have the right to be listened to and their extensive knowledge of the area taken into account to before this plan is sound and complies with the duty of co-operate.
