Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

This plan does not meet the needs of localResidents. Destroys our environment forever, the number of dwellings prposed and vehicles associated with them, far outweighs the roads, schools and medical facilities which are already present. No adequate provision to providesame. There is NO provision to overcome the problem of the canal crossings! Services are already overstretched. No provision to improve public transport! Decimation of valuable green belt land of great agricultural and ecological value!

Modification if applicable

I just think the whole plan is badly thought out, and is just required Homes England to gain excess funding from selling green belt land to developers and also to gain rates from these developments, we all need green spaces. Warrington Town Centre needs developing, use the brown field sites. We also have far too many heavy lorries in our countryside, which travel very fast and abuse tge landscape by throwing out rubbish, costing lots of council funding to clear up!
