Reduction of Green Belt in pursuit of building 310 homes at Thelwall Heyes.
The area is a key contributor to maintaining varied wildlife and Residents mental wellbeing.
The area is vital to maintaining the integrity of the unspoilt space neighbouring Pennine Trail and Bridgewater Canal.
The area effectively acts as a low level floodplain.

Retention of Thelwall Heyes within Green Belt was defended by WBC as recently as 2006 - what's changed ?
Recently the area was described as "good quality agricultural land" of better quality than Cheshire and England overall - what's changed ?
There must be a significant danger, in time, of ribbon development between the proposed 310 new homes in Thelwall Heyes and Lymm Village.
