Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
Whilst I feel things are above board, I that the plans for Culcheth will ruin the landscape and are unnecessary. I accept that the area has to have an increase in housing, but it feels like there?s been little to no notice and the lack of consideration for provision of additional facilities such as schools/gp surgeries etc

I have no problems with the legality of the proposals.
Modification if applicable
Ideally keeping house building to the minimum across the whole of Warrington not just Culcheth. Brownfield sites or those used formerly for industry or retail should be prioritised over greenfield sites.
