It is too hard for local Residents to understand so shouldn't be legal...I'm not a lawyer so how could I know?

Not to build on any green belt. To change Warrington's building policy so that all new builds are as environmentally friendlybas currently possible, to put pedestrians, cyclists and public transport above private vehicles. I want Warrington to be forward thinking...thinking about what is best for the environment and not what is easiest or best for profit.
