Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
It can not be legal as Developers should not have a free hand to build anywhere they want, especially not on Green Belt.
It is not sound due to the fact this area is heavily congested already, schools and roads are already at capacity, so to add more homes, which brings lots more people with children and with cars. This is just one huge reason this is not a sound plan.
