Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
Unsound due to the lack of any kind of infrastructure for current Residents of the area. Roads, schools, doctors, dentists etc... Are all inadequate for the present demands nevermind additional pressures of thousands of extra users.
Modification if applicable
Before adding to the demands of the current situation make plans for the introduction of bridges roads and general infrastructure to suit the additional houses and associated pressures.
